Wisteria earrings

A little cluster of habutae silk wisteria, decorated with small lilac crystals and hung to some stainless-steel hooks. The fabric has been dyed and hand modeled, petal by petal.

Habutae silk is a Japanese silk with a simple weave, light and delicate, perfect for small elements. This fabric is used for kimono, and it is one of the main materials used in traditional tsumami zaiku.

It is suggested to wear these with updos so hair won’t get caught in the earrings.
Two pairs are available, with golden or silver elements.

All the brooches have been made over the same design but, since they are hand-made, they can be a little different from each other.
